What is "Climb for Life"

"Climb for Life" is a journey that involves several adventure projects, many people and a variety causes and partners. Founded by Dan Hopkins of Ottawa, Canada, "Climb for Life" is devoted to helping children and youth in need to reach their full potential as young adults, parents and future leaders.

June 30	Incredible news... Climb for Life and its supporters were able to raise CAD $16,000.00!!! So proud and happy for the children we can help... we have donated CAD $8,000.00 to yukon Food for Learning and another CAD $ 8,000.00 to Food First Foundation! Thanks evryone for your immense support!
June 21	Great news everyone... Dan called last night at around 12:15am and is back at the Fireweed Station hotel in Talkeetna. They were going out to dinner and a beer last night and going Salmon fishing today!! ...

Climb for Life was founded by Dan Hopkins of Ottawa, Ontario. A self-confessed and experienced explorer, Dan thrives on challenge and outdoor adventure.

DENALI 2008 - June 3rd to 31st

Dan's next challenge is to climb the highest peak in North America and follow in the footsteps of his great uncle Hudson Stuck, the man who led the first successful expedition to the top of Denali (Mt. Mckinley), one of the seven summits.
